Weigh Day

It’s been crazy around here and I totally forgot to publish this post last week!  I worked a different schedule last week which threw my sleep schedule off.  Thursday morning I was in the pediatricians office with my baby girl having an asthma attack (her first ever).  We had a yard sale on Saturday and then celebrated my hubby’s birthday yesterday.  It’s been so busy in our house!

I weighed in on Friday (I was a day late due to my work schedule).  I was happy with the results! I haven’t been working out that much so I’ve tried to be more careful about my intake.

I lost 1.2 pounds this week!  Woot woot!  I’ve got to find a routine that will work for me to get my workouts in while not taking time away from the girls and their schoolwork.  It’s so hard making time for it when I want to give so much time to them. But I know, I KNOW, that I have to make myself a priority or else I’ll be right back to my 230 pound self.  I have to be important to myself so that I can be the best mama I can be for them.

This year has been more difficult for me for some reason.  I’m just trying to find that balance of working, homeschooling, being a wife and a mama, and taking care of myself.  It’s not easy but I’m determined to throw on my superhero cape and do it all!
