RC is the first blend in our Oil a Day Series and it is one of the most used oils in my home during the winter months.  My husband is obsessed with it and for good reason:  it’s amazing!


RC is a blend of several Young Living oils:  Eucalyptus Globulus, Myrtle, Marjoram, Pine, Eucalyptus Radiata, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Lavender, Cypress, Black Spruce and Peppermint.


Three different types of eucalyptus are featured in RC and the primary constituent of eucalyptus is eucalyptol.  It also contains linalol acetate, linalol, and camphene.  With all those oils in this blend, there is just to much good stuff to list them all!

Potential Benefits

The primary use for RC is respiratory system support.

How to Use

–add two drops to a warm, wet towel and use as a compress to chest and/or throat
–add to hot water and inhale the steam
–rub onto feet or chest prior to exercise
–diffuse at bedtime for a comforting aroma
–inhale directly from bottle as needed
